Current band members are: Albiński Witek (drums), Andrzej „Pierwiastek“ Potęga (bass), Mark Tymkoff (guitar and vocals) and Krzysztof Jaryczewski (guitar, vocals, harmonica) - the first singer of Oddział Zamknięty (the famous polish band from 80s). Their first record is called "Ogniste miecze". In 1996 they recorded a second album - "Dekadencja". In 2002, after a few years break, the band returned and two years later they released new album called "VINYL". Jary Band recorded songs with artists such as Jarek Szlagowski, Paweł Kukiz, Wojtek Konikiewicz, Marek Surzyn, Darek Aksanow, Krzysztof Ścierański, Pih, Chada, Andrzej „e-moll“ Kowalczyk and Artur Gadowski. In 2012 their lastest album - "Trudno powiedzieć", was released. It contains ten new songs and two bonuses (including a duet with Urszula "Jesteś tu" and the song "Dziewcze", with Wojciech Łuczaj-Pogorzelski, co-founder of Oddział Zamknięty).
Jary Band plays a mix of rock, blues and funk, where you can find a little bit of 80s inspiration. The band also does not avoid Oddział Zamknięty's old repertoire, giving it an entirely new dimension.
