Another award for koźlak, bock beer from Cieszyn

This is another success of this extraordinary beer brewed in Bracki Browar Zamkowy in Cieszyn according to Jan Krysiak’s recipe. Earlier on, Bracki Koźlak won the recognition of brewers and beer lovers representing browar.biz, who awarded this beer with the title “Debut of the Year”.
Grand Master of Beer Fraternity, Mr Marek Suliga, handed the award over to Grzegorz Szczepański, Director of Corporate Affairs of Grupa Żywiec.
The distinction was handed in on 19 June, at the Birofilia Festival in Żywiec. A few hours after the ceremony, it was Dorota Chrapek who became Grand Champion 2010. Just like Jan Krysiak, she will brew her beer in Bracki Browar Zamkowy in Cieszyn. Janusz Konieczny and Dominik Szczodry will assist her in the brewing process.
